About 8 years ago, one day I was out in soho; where I used to live and this hot promotion girl randomly gave me this figurine doll, I mean ideally I wanted her number but this was a start, I didn’t really know what to do with it? But I took it home,  never did see her again though. Anyway, I got it home and my house mates told me that it was doll of a real person called Alan Whicker, who was an old school travel presenter back in the day!

Well after that my brain was on over time, and I decided to take it around the world with me everywhere I went and for the past 8 years, on every trip I’ve been on I’ve done just that.

Then a couple of years ago out of the blue after doing a gig out in cannes on New Years Eve, flying back to London and then on to Sydney, I boarded the plane and you can just guess who was sitting in the front row.

“Excuse me sir, are you Alan Whicker ??? I just have to show you something!!!!”

You can just imagine how excited I was. I think i scared him a little. true gent tho.

Sadly the doll at the time was in my main luggage waiting at heathrow but I managed to get a pic of the two of us,
